What we count

200,604 distinct cases at 82,405 addresses. A case can have several violations. Duplicate-closed cases are dropped.

Limits

The older file stopped in 2021, so its open status is out of date: only the current file says what is still in violation. We match by address because parcel numbers could not be validated across the two files. A blank proves nothing.

Privacy

We publish no owner or street number. An address you type is turned into a one-way code in your browser. Neighborhood pages need at least 11 addresses.

Artificial intelligence

AI helped draft explanations. It adds no facts about a property.
